Booking your session
Your date is confirmed once I receive a 50% deposit. The rest is paid before the day of the session.

Weather
Outdoor sessions depend on the weather. If rain or strong wind makes it impossible, we move your session to a new date at no cost, or switch to an indoor location.

Rescheduling
You can reschedule once for free with at least 7 days’ notice. Kids get sick: for family sessions, I’m flexible when that happens.

Cancellation
Cancelling 14 days or more before the session: full refund of your deposit. Less than 14 days: the deposit is non-refundable, but it can be used for a new date within 3 months.

Delivery
Your edited photos are delivered in a private online gallery within 7 days after the session. Reels (The Storyteller) are delivered within 10 days.

Usage
Family photos are for personal use. Brand packages include a commercial licence to use the photos for your business (website, social media, ads, print). I may share a selection in my portfolio and social media. Just tell me if you’d prefer I don’t.

Prices
All prices are final: no VAT is charged (KOR). If your session is outside Haarlem, any travel costs are included in your personal quote beforehand.
