Booking your session
Your date is confirmed once I receive a 50% deposit. The rest is paid before the day of the session.

Weather
Outdoor sessions depend on the weather. If rain or strong wind makes it impossible, we move your session to a new date at no cost, or switch to an indoor location.

Rescheduling
You can reschedule once for free with at least 7 days’ notice. Kids get sick: for family sessions, I’m flexible when that happens.

Cancellation
Cancelling 14 days or more before the session: full refund of your deposit. Less than 14 days: the deposit is non-refundable, but it can be used for a new date within 3 months.

Delivery
Your edited photos are delivered in a private online gallery within 7 days after the session. Reels (The Storyteller) are delivered within 10 days.

Usage
Family photos are for personal use. Brand packages include a commercial licence to use the photos for your business (website, social media, ads, print). I may share a selection in my portfolio and social media. Just tell me if you’d prefer I don’t.

Newborn sessions
Newborn sessions take place between day 5 and day 21 after birth. When you book, I reserve your due date; once your baby is born, we choose the exact day together. If your baby comes early or late, your booking moves with them at no cost. If there are medical complications, we move the session at no cost to a date within the first 8 weeks. The deposit is non-refundable, but it is never lost: it always goes towards your session.

Prices
All prices are final: no VAT is charged (KOR). Travel: free in Haarlem, Bloemendaal (incl. Overveen & Aerdenhout) and Heemstede · €15 elsewhere in Kennemerland and Haarlemmermeer (e.g. Zandvoort, IJmuiden, Hoofddorp) · €25 to Amsterdam and Leiden. Other locations on request.
