Can we use the photos commercially?
Yes. The commercial licence covers your website, social media, newsletters, press and internal communication. For paid advertising campaigns, just ask.
Do you send an invoice?
Yes, you receive an invoice for the deposit and for the remaining amount. No VAT is added under the KOR scheme.
Can you capture specific people or moments?
Of course. Send me a shot list or the names of key people, and I’ll make sure they’re covered.
Do you speak Dutch?
I work in English and Spanish, which suits international teams. A Dutch-speaking event is no problem for photography.
What if the date of my event changes?
Let me know at least 14 days before and your deposit is refunded or moved to a new date. With less notice, the deposit can still be used for another date within 3 months.
How soon will we receive our photos?
You’ll get 10 preview photos within 48 hours, so you can post on LinkedIn or socials while the event is still fresh. The full online gallery follows within 7 days.
